Does Telegistics undertake repairs under extended warranty?

Yes, Telegistics will undertake repairs for devices under extended warranty. In the notes section on your Service Ticket pad please clearly write "Please quote for extended warranty." If IUG please include IUG claim number.

Does Telegistics guarantee its repairs?

Yes, Telegistics offers a 90-day repair warranty. That means, where a customer initially reports a fault for repair, the repair is completed, but if the phone is returned within 90 days with the same reported fault, the subsequent repair will be undertaken at no charge.

Where can I find a copy of the terms and conditions associated with the repair?

The Terms and Conditions will be available on the reverse side of the triplicate Service Ticket.

Does Telegistics offer quotations?

As a general rule, Telegistics does not supply quotations. Instead, tiered fixed pricing is provided. If a customer brings in a phone that is out of warranty, the customer will be advised up front and needs to agree to the applicable fixed price. Telegistics will only send a quotation (which will be the appropriate fixed price) when the phone was received as a warranty repair and later found to be a non-warranty repair, or if dealer requests a quotation prior to repair ie; insurance claims, etc.
