Telegistics was established in August 2005 with the primary objective of jump shifting the mobile handset service experience for CDMA handset users. We have been very successful in achieving this objective, delivering world class turn around times and device repair quality, and extending our capability and service into WCDMA devices with the launch of Telecom NZ's new world class XT network in 2009.
Since our inception in 2005, we have worked hard, in conjunction with our OEM (original equipment manufacturers) partners and Telecom to safeguard and complement their prominent and successful brands, through the delivery of high quality product service and support. This has been realised through significant investments in our people, our equipment, and our systems and processes.
The level of service we provide is unrivalled in New Zealand, and our success to date has provided us with the strategic momentum required to expand our business. We are growing our capability and service offering continuously, and our recent adoption of WCDMA capability is an example of this.
The level of confidence we have in our capability is underpinned by a 90 day guarantee that we provide on all handset repairs that we undertake. If it’s not right, we’ll put it right.
