The business was established in August 2005 with the primary objective of enhancing the mobile handset service experience for Spark mobile customers. We have been very successful in achieving our service objectives, delivering world class turn around times and device repair quality.
Since our inception in 2005, we have worked hard, in conjunction with all of our mobile equipment manufacturers and Spark to safeguard and complement their prominent and successful brands, through the delivery of high quality product service and support. This has been realised through significant investments in our people, our equipment, and our systems and processes.

We are an authorised service centre for numerous prominent mobile handset manufacturers, who are all represented on this website. Telegistics manages the after-sales service models for all devices that are available on the Spark and Skinny networks.
